WARRANTY POLICY

Product Warranty Policy

Products sold by Grech Motors Parts may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.

Grech Motors Parts does not provide a separate written warranty unless expressly stated on the product listing, invoice, or sales documentation.

Warranty coverage, duration, limitations, and claim approval are determined solely by the manufacturer.


Warranty Claim Process

If you believe a product is defective:

  1. Contact Grech Motors Parts at 855-994-7324.

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

  3. Additional information may be requested, including photographs, serial numbers, installation details, or diagnostic information.

  4. The product may need to be returned for inspection and testing.


Warranty Evaluation

All warranty claims are subject to review and evaluation.

Submission of a warranty claim does not guarantee approval.

Products will not be refunded, credited, or replaced until the warranty evaluation process has been completed and approved.


Defective Upon Arrival

Products believed to be defective upon arrival must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.

Grech Motors Parts may request supporting documentation before replacement or warranty processing can occur.


Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect application or fitment

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Accident or collision damage

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Improper maintenance

  • Environmental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage occurring during installation


Labor and Related Costs

Unless specifically covered by the manufacturer, warranty coverage applies only to the product itself.

Grech Motors Parts is not responsible for:

  • Labor costs

  • Diagnostic charges

  • Installation expenses

  • Towing charges

  • Rental vehicle expenses

  • Travel expenses

  • Vehicle downtime

  • Loss of use

  • Incidental or consequential damages


Replacement Products

Warranty claims, expedited shipping selections, and replacement part requests do not guarantee same-day processing, approval, shipment, or delivery.

Replacement products may only be issued after the warranty review process has been completed and approved.
